cusco rear sway adjustment...

So since i can't read japanese, can someone tell me which hole would be the stiffest setting. I'm assuming it's the most inner one but I'm not sure.

Any recommendations on which one to use? I'm running JIC's 12K/F 10K/R

BTW, many thanks to Gruppe-S for the parts. They shipped when they say they were gonna ship and their price was unbeatable. Thanks Max!

the inner hole is the stiffest and the outer on is teh softest. I can't comment on the Cusco bar cause I'm running the 25mm progress bar set at the middle with stock front bar. I also have stiffer spring rate in the rear compare to the front. With rear strut tower bar and rear trunk bar. I like it loose.
