Question Toyo tire question

I know there have been similar questions about this topic but i haven't seen any definitive answers to satisfy my question... I have 5Zigen 17x9 +35 offset (track) wheels ordered and the Tanabe (1.5" front, 1" rear drop) springs on my car. I need to know if any one has a similar setup like this and has tried to run 255's WITH OUT fender modification because that is just not an option. I really want to get the Toyo RA-1s because from what i have heard on the track raceing forums, thir grip is great, they don't wear to fast, and handle temperature changes very well. All of these are important to me in a track tire and of course Toyo doesn't sell a 245 tire.

So in short does anyone have a similar setup and run 255's (RA-1s) w/o rubbing issues on 9" wides wheels?

Thanks,
EvoMike

thats a tough question, my guess would be yes, I run 18x8.5 with 235 and I do not rub, however 255 is quite large, and +.5 rim width MIGHT rub when doing u-turns... hope this helps?
