Tanabe GF210

I just got my Tanabe GF210's and there are no bump stops... Are bump stops supposed to come in the box because the directions talk about them... Im confused...

There are no bump stops included for the Evo VIII GF210 springs. You have to cut your stock bump stops.

I installed mine without cutting the bump stops. They are great springs.

does anyone know the torque settings on the bolts??? please!!!! sholud i just tighten them as much as i can??

I don't know the torque specs, but for the two bolts holding the shocks on the bottom I tightened as much as I could with a 1/2" rachet. For the top 3 nuts holding the upper shock mount I also used a 1/2" but only at 85-90%. I know I should torque them to spec...next time.

Do you have to cut the springs prior to installation? I just wanted to drop my car 1 - 1.5 inches.

No do not cut the springs. From the photos of cars I've seen on those springs they seem to lower a slight bit more than an inch. Most just cut the bump stops in half up front and leave the rears alone.

the front strut 2 bottom bolts are 125 ftlbs, the top three are 33 ftlbs. the rear shock bottoms are 65 ftlbs and the two tops are 33 ftlbs. hope this helps
