i guess tanabe would be the best bet with a rear sway bar and reart strut with a v brace. I am looking for a good setup for the Track. but i only track 1 to 3 times a year. So i think coilovers would be over the top.

I got the RRE tuned JIC coilovers....you don't neccesarily need anything else when you get coilovers...I'll probably get the adjustable sway bar just to complete the whole thing. Mine is sitting very low, but it tuned correctly so it works. I love them...I know they are expensive, but its almost worth it not to have to screw with bad alignments, weird spring rates, and decreased performance. I feel like I could out handle just about anything right now...and I only have the stock advans for tires on it. If you can save up for them...I'd definitely go that route. They are the best of all worlds.

I think KillaSweep is on the right track. If you do go for coilovers you will need to get them set-up and tuned to how you use your car; RRE has a proven method for getting people exactly what the want in this area.

A quick word about a set of Teins. A friend of mine was at the track this weekend with a set of Teins (the EFDC variety) on his Evo, and he was complaining the springs were too soft for hard track use. Interestingly enough, he is the owner of a speed shop and was who helped me sort out my JICs (NOT from RRE - oops!). His opinion was that the Teins would be fine for street use, but he didn't like them on the track.
