Question Springs: Eibach Pros or Tein STechs?

I did a search out there and saw some comparisons for the Lancer sections but not for the Evos. I have 18x8.5 wheels and 235x40 tires. Not sure what spring to go with: Eibach Pros or Tein STechs?

Hey T, I'd get the Eibach Pros. I loved them when I had my Eclipse GST. When I get springs, I'm definately gettin' the Eibachs.

U got some pics of your car with your new wheels yet? I wanna check 'em out.

I have the eibach prokits and love 'em. I got no complaints. They lower the car about 1.2" front and rear. Unlike a lot of other springs, they keep the car level. RRE recommends them, so they must be good.

Here are some threads for good reading:

I personally would go with Eibach's also. It is not aggressively low, at the same time, the spring rate is designed to match dampening specs of factory struts.

I personally got Eibach Prokits on my Eclipse and was one of the best mods! Decent drop plus firm but controlled ride with progressively wound springs...

But, given that Evo's front end has wider fender gap in front to back I would think that it would look odd - same drop front and back yet you would still have wider gap at front compared to back???

that's one of the reason I chose to get H-tech with 1.3" front drop and .5" rear. I've seen pictures of Evo's with this drop and looks pretty good with similar fender gaps front and rear. Ride quality wise, I don't know...

Thanks for the info guys. After reading further I would say the Tein H Techs are a closer comparison with the Eibachs. Any pictures of the Eibachs would be awesome, havent seen alot posted.
