Exclamation Cusco sway bar torque spec

Probably a stupid question, but I can't find the answer anywhere. Just bought the cusco 23mm rear sway bar, and was wondering what spec it should be torqued to.

According to STOCK specs the bolts at the ends of the bar are 29 +/-3 ft*lbs
The two bolts that go on the clamps that are parallel with the ground are also 29 ft*lbs
The single bolt that is perpendicular to the ground and goes on the clamps is 18 +/-3 ft*lbs

Hope this helps.
