hey guys,
GB is still going on, please give us a call to order.
As for those of you thats on the GB already, your bumpers will be here shortly. We have no control over ocean freight so minor delay is usually expected. ETA should be sometime this month.
Thanks
Cal

Container is landing in 1.5-2 weeks as of today. Please be patient.
As for some of you did not receive your previous order, perhaps the bumpers could not make it due to the container was full at the time of departure. Therefore it would have to be send with this shipment. My apologies for the delay.
Thanks

At this point, I don't think it will be feasible, nor worth the cost of the actual product as it would be so shallow that it would provide ZERO benefit.
The problem is that the crash beam mounts really low, right behind the liscense plate indent and it is very shallow to begin with. The OEM crash bar is only about 4-5 inches thick. Since the Evo 9 rear bumper is about 2 inches shorter than the US-Spec 8 bumper, just imagine losing 2 of those 5 (max) inches of thickness of the crash beam.
Any replacement I could make would be no more beneficial than duct taping a piece of tubular steel to the rear bulkhead. (within the highlighted section shown.)
It would wind up being completely worthless, unfortunately and I would have to charge a couple hundred dollars for it.
Trust me when I say that I am not 100% comfortable with the idea of losing even the tiny amount of protection that the OEM crash bar provides, but also believe me when I say that there is no benefit to anything that could be offered that will actually fit.
Even the OEM crash bar provides nominal protection at best!

Really appeciate you taking the time to look into it... its a shame but I see what you're saying.
I'm dying to put on of these on the car, but loosing that lil extra cushion really makes me think twice.
Car looks so much better with it though (IMO) and makes the exhausts work as they should... thanks for taking the time!
