I believe there's a PCV valve that need to be change for the Evo 7 valve cover but I will check on it and get back to you guys. Sorry for the confusion.

REAL Easy Fix to make this work.
Indeed it isn't a 'bolt-on' - but Ive had mine installed for over 2 years now with NO problems.
Pretty much you need to pop a rubber grommet in the PVC port (I used a 'HELP!' grommet for a Honda Accord) and then plug your stock stuff into it.
...and that's it!
