im installing the Carbing Undertray right now.... so far it looks like it will work with any body kit, it might not work w/ an aftermarket FMIC, or Lower arm bars (which i have). But im calling tein and trying to figure this thing out. Ill post some pics in a little bit.

Conclusion:
1. Q: Fittment issues with an after market Bumper, Lip?
A: NONE
2. Q: Will it fit with an after market FMIC?
A: Yes if the after market FMIC uses all stock bolt points, and doesn't block the front cross beams where the undertray can be mounted on.
3. Q: Will it fit with any aftermarket lower arm bars?
A: Yes It should fit with any type II 4 point Lower Arm Bars (I didn't try so i could be wrong). IT might NOT fit with any Type I LAB (I didn't try so i could be wrong).
Edit: 4: Q: Do I Need to take off the undertray for oil changes?
A: Yes
Over all: GOODS: the piece is a nicly made. Only 5 points to mount or dismount the undertray vs a million of OE. There are vents to let the heat out which is a plus. Strength is good, can probably stand rocks hitting it many times.
BADS: It might not fit with after market upgrades ie some FMIC, some LABs.
This is great for any show car to have! Very JDM and extra point or 2. For track cars with minor mods is great because of only 5 mounting points, and the strength of the piece!

Three questions please:
1) Will the removable panel on the Carbing Undertray allow access to the hook AND jack point? I often jack up my car and I would not like to remove the entire undertray JUST for that.
2) Can you post pictures of the 6 point underbrace?
3) Will the 6 point underbrace work with the undertray?
Thank you!
