So I have a newb question but, if I put spacers in the rear too, does that mean I don't have to roll any fenders? Also, wouldn't it be better to put spacers on all four wheels to make it even? Wouldn't the front wheels stick out more versus the rear with spacers in just the front?...

Do you have Rota P1 with Royal Gunmetallic with Polish lip size 18 x 8 or 18 x 8.5?
