As I've been working with Evo's for 5 years now. I own a 06' IX MR which I've spent time building. It's got a JAM 2.3L Strocker, Ported Head w/ 280 Cams, Greddy Ti-C Comp TBE, JIC Coilovers, Agency GT35R, XS FMIC w/ Piping, AMS Mini Battery, Defi Gauges, and Motec ECU I made 650HP and 590TQ on 101. Here is a starter kit that I put together to get some HP gains for you Evo. If your stock this is what you might do to get some numbers down You'll notice that most of the product is Agency Power so I thought I would share with a little about there company and products.

Manual Boost Controller



Agency Power brand new Manual Boost Controller is now available for your turbocharged vehicle. Designed with performance, fitment, and style in mind, the AP MBC will give your turbo vehicle some much need horsepower with a couple of easy twists of the unique adjustment knob not seen on any other manual boost controller.

How does the AP MBC work? Simple! The MBC is a bleed valve design, which has you connecting the hoses on either side to the compressor and the wastegate of the turbo. The MBC controls the airflow through the valve by the adjusting knob. Loosen the knob and more air moves for higher boost pressure. Tighten the knob down and restrict the flow for less boost pressure.

Air Intake System

Agency Power Downpipe



The all new Agency Power Mitsubishi EVO downpipe is designed to fit the 2003 and up 5 speed or 6 speed cars. The downpipe is full stainless steel with thick flanges and sturdy hangers. The downpipe is a full 3 inch system that fits to the stock turbo housing or cat delete pipe. Adding this downpipe to your car will give you increased horsepower, increased boost, and improve the air flow that is needed on a turbo charged car. Downpipe fits with the stock donut gasket.

Combine this downpipe with our Agency Power catback exhaust system for an awesome performance gain of almost 20 wheel horsepower!

Agency Power Ti Catback Exhaust



The catback exhaust will fit to the factory catalytic converter on your 2003 and up Mitsubishi EVO VIII or MR. The exhaust has an angled exit as seen in the pictures for that JDM look. The exhaust will give you up to 12WHP gain. The race sound of the exhaust will not drone inside the car but give you that quality tone you desire.

Walbro 255L/HR Fuel Pump



Walbro Fuel Pumps are direct replacements and all wiring is a plug in. They flow 255L/HR which is much larger then your stock. The pump is good for up to 400 horsepower.
