Height difference is the first thing, High Tech is also lighter than the S Tech. Tein developed the H Tech for more ride quality and at the same time lowered look on your car, this is the primary difference - ride quality.

Both will improve the handling on the car. Considering the lowering the car, the H-Tech's will be less drop than the S-Tech springs, so in case of a city driving with the S-Tech will be fun
, since they are more race application and you will be rubbing all over the place. So it all depends on the purpose for the application.
