I'm sure it is running a dump before the catback like most of them are...

Lots of questions, so far not very many answers on the setup. I think the new Evo X's can run leaner and higher boost than the previous generations from what I've seen. The stock turbo is still the limiting part of the equation normally, as you can run 25-26 psi from 3000-5500 and then it tapers down to 19 psi at the rev limiter which absolutely kills peak HP numbers on a dyno. Just about any turbo that is bigger will deliver better peak hp numbers assuming the boost doesn't taper that badly.

Looking at that dyno plot I only can guess as there is no A/F ration on the graph. Likely at 6700 they started to run out of fuel and as it leaned out the car made a ton of power, then fell off again as it started to get too lean.

We have a TTP/Ultimate Racing fuel system going in this week and will be putting it back on the dyno.

We installed the walbro pump and Ultimate Racing cnc aluminum holster. We got the AFR under control.

Whp dropped a little bit naturally as we richened up the mixture.

Better safe than sorry.

What were the numbers after you enrichened it some?

What kind of boost did it peak / drop to?
