718whp Evolution X! Videos, Dyno Graphs and More!

As many of you know, we currently hold the record for the highest horsepower Evolution X, we did this on the stock block! If you haven't had a chance to check out our build.. Here is the link!

https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/ev...it-681whp.html

With over 100 dyno runs and countless street pulls the stock rod bolts gave out and left us with a bad motor, with only two weeks to spare before race season was over we found a Ralliart long block and went to town! The build consisted of the following.

Stock Crank
ACL Coated Bearings
Cosworth Rods
Cosworth Pistons
Ferrea Valve Train
GSC S2 Cams

The weapon of choice was our ETS HTA3586 Single Scroll Turbo Kit supported by the following.

ETS 5.0" Intercooler Kit w/ 2.5" Piping
ETS V2 Exhaust System (Quad Tips)
ETS Test Pipe
ETS Turbo Kit Intake
Garage GT AEM Piggyback
Exedy Triple Disc Clutch Kit
Walbro 255 Inline Fuel Pump w/ Stock In Tank Pump.
RC1200cc Injectors w/ Resistor Box

With the new setup in place, we made several pulls over 700whp(33psi Tapering to 30psi). We are making this power at 5psi lower then our previous record of 681whp. The car is now in need of a new fuel system!!

New World Record - 718whp!

No down pipe? Is there a reason for that?

We didn't do any work to the block. It's a bone stock block. No sleeves, nothing. We checked out the walls on the 681whp block and they were perfect where the rod bolts didn't break.

I will have some good video up on Monday, we took her to the track and ran a 10.8X at low boost. We had a couple traps of 134.xx That was without shifting 5th. The cage is only good for 135 mph.
