my evo x dyno results
my evo x dyno results
Well I finally pony up and had the car tuned on Saturday and had some great results
The only 4 modifications done are
Invidia full TBE
AEM cold air intake
Nessis 1 piece upper pipe
TTP Re-flash
Total investment in aftermarket $1,400
The car put down 367 WHP and 332 torque @ 25-26 psi with drive line loss @ roughly 16% 425 hp and 385 torque
Pretty impressive over the 291 hp stock of 134 hp increase
I would like to thank TTP for taking time out on their Saturday for the tune,

As far as the gains are concerned, this is right in line with what other tuners are producing. Looks good. I'm assuming the huge spike on the baseline run was due to the AEM intake???
yes atom there was a spike he had issues with, but the tune was around 25-26 psi
jrs just pump gas, nothing special
i will have the video posted up soon

So, baseline was 325whp yet the car is rated at 291bhp stock...might wanna re-do your math for your final crank numbers
No offense but while it is a great tuning tool, TTP's dyno tends to read a bit high. Good solid numbers though I bet the car fun!

thanks for the unnecessary criticism the car did not arrive stock to ttp, it had all the mods already on it, and it was already reading 25 psi from the AEM intake set up,
average drive line loss is 16% i am assuming it could be more or less
16% drivetrain loss for AWD is way low. I think most people assume 22-25%.
Even in my old RSX people never assume less than 18% or so and that is FWD.
However, nice setup, congrats on the numbers.

Drivetrain loss to mustang numbers should be more like 25-30%, that's all I'm saying. Your car makes good power and if you're happy with it that's all that matters.
