10' Evo X - 346whp_360lb/ft

First of all i want to thank the guys over at RRE for being so chill, had a great experience as far as customer service. Great dudes

Took my car over to RRE to have the AMS downpipe installed and get my car tuned on wednesday (yes, as we all know, taking the stock downpipe off is no fun when you don't have the proper tools haha..)

Anywho, they did a great job. Below is the result after Mike was done tuning

Again, thanks to the whole crew, especially Honda and Mike! See you guys soon after i get my Cams and injectors

So is this gains with just adding a downpipe and retuning for it?

I don't think so. Check his sig. He's got intake, intercooler, HFC, UICP...

Yea I saw that but for adding all that and a tune the gains are minimal then, if not terrible if i am looking at this right.

I am guessing he had all that other stuff before tuned. Then added the downpipe and retuned, just wondering if that is the case.

Mike dynod the car with Intake, Intercooler, Upper and catback - no tune

He then added the Downpipe along with the HFC to get the numbers i currently have.

Damn, was hoping all those gains were from the downpipe, that would have been excellent. Great gains still though!

tune + DP + HFC = 42whp and 23wtq

Not too bad on top of all the other bolt ons you had already. I'm curious as to how much the tune helped vs. how much the DP/HFC helped?

figured you would net 15ish from the HFC and 15ish from the DP, so surprised you didnt pull a little more. 300+ w/ out a turbo back is still pretty bad ***, and 340+ is pretty good for your mod level, so all in all i think it turned out good. I think for a while there was a myth that getting just a tune could open up 70+ HP/TQ, but i guess when your modded, the parts make up alot of that difference and the tune not so much.

The 2010's have lean spool enabled so their stock tune is not as ****ty as the 08's have been
