nice man congrats its like waking up a beast with sst hehe ,I have pretty much the same upgrades on my mr with works pill tune and 200 cel cat= 315 whp 311 torque on dyno jet what amazes me is not the peak whp but the responsiveness and power across the band especialy with the sst sweeet! did u upgrade the fuel relay, definitely the pill will add a few more hp, congrats again
You forgot...
Some other people made different power on different dynos in different states, with different octane & Different Trans too. I know, I know, it's crazy...
Nice work Sonic..

Fuel relay was upgraded to green. But now there's this blue one going around
LOL Sonic... I like it! Bryan, do you think it would be worthwhile to put in the GST 3 port solenoid when I bring the car back in after you've figured out the issues with the Cobb AP? Maybe the 3 port will help with boost spike?

As for the 3-port, I know Bryan can more accurately/fine tune boost. If it will help with your specific issue, obviously I can't say but it wouldn't surprise me if it would.
Good Luck, and keep us updated on the car. Glad to see more and more MR's out here in the Bay Area/Nor-Cal. We need to have an EVO X (GSR,MR) Dyno day @ GST so we can put faces to names/SN's.
lol, your not the only one who says they fall on their face after 5K. A friend of mine bought a GSR we cruised it to get it tuned and it just felt slow... When we got there to get it tuned and took it out afterwards it was such a dramatic difference. Pulled all the way thru redline. I recommend it to anyone right from the dealer.. lol
retune with 3 port solenoid
Brought the car back into Bryan to have the map transferred to my Cobb AP. While I was there, I had the GST 3 port boost solenoid installed to see if it would help with the boost spike. It definitely helped with the boost spike. No significant increase in power. Here's a graph of before and after 3 port boost solenoid

I've been noticing over the past few days that the car just doesn’t seem to be running correctly. Whenever the car is about to hit peak torque in 1st, 2nd, and 3rd gear, at around 3500rpms, the boost will begin to fluctuate. It will hit about 25psi, then fall back below 20 psi, then go back up to 23 psi before slowly falling down like it normally does at redline. In 5th and 6th gear, at around the same 3500rpms, the boost just won’t rise about 20psi and will bounce off 20psi with a clicking sound coming from I’m assuming the solenoid. It definitely wasn’t doing this with the original flash. I don’t know if this is because of the boost solenoid or if it’s because of the Cobb. Is this what happens when the MR torque limiter kicks in? The strange thing is if you look at the dyno plot, it obviously wasnt doing this when Bryan was tuning the car, so I'm really not sure what is going on. Anybody have any suggestions? (besides ditching the Cobb)
Thanks,
Joe
