Is this graph normal? Specifically jaggedness above 6k RPM

2008 Evo X MR, supposedly all TSBs etc done up to June 2009, but I suspect they haven’t been. Vacuum line was tight (hand checked), but not ziptied/hose clamped. Believe the relays have not been swapped out either.
The dyno shop has experience with Evos, but the X is rare here in Germany and this was the first unmodified one they’ve seen . They were disturbed by the jaggedness above 6k RPM (modified one didn’t have that). They also thought the power was somewhat less than it should be (green “Rad” line is "at the wheel" HP). They also noticed it was running very rich (I explained it was still on the original flash, hence very rich).

For what it’s worth, plan is to find a way to do flashes to get to latest ECM version, zip tie the vacuum line, swap relays and try again. Assuming that smooths out the curves, next step is install Cosworth flat panel filter and Perrin cat-back exhaust and re-dyno (just to see what gain those parts make). I’m guessing factory ECM, even after being leaned out with most recent reflashes, has enough flexibility to support those two items? (I don’t want to enter the custom tune world at the moment)

Looks normal to me. The 2008's choke on their own fuel and buck up top.

Just tuning the fueling will smooth that all out.

Ok, thanks for the comments.

I’ll proceed as I planned to then. ie load latest factory software, replace relays, zip-tie vacuum line, re-dyno, then install filter, cat-back and re-dyno yet again. I may look at the custom tune eventually, but want to do a whole lot more research before I even think about that!
