pt5857 on e85 @ 29lbs

Took the car to get tuned on e-85 at AWD motor-sports by Diiirk. The car also put down 470+ whp at 25lb on pump gas, but i was really after a e85 tune so we dint push it on the pump tune at all.
I'm stoked by the smoothness and with the power the car is making this little turbo really impressed me I was hopping for 500 whp tops but it seams she still has allot left in her. Could have pushed it much more but I wanted a reliable conservative tune for road course.

Special thanks to:
Novitech Tuning for putting together a great engine and turbo kit.
Diiirk at AWD for putting up with all my nob questions.

Mods:

1-ETS manifold with pt5857 Turbo
2-Novitech built motor
3-Bosch 044 pump w/ surge tank.
4-FIC 1100cc
5-BC Cams, springs, retainers.
7-ETS Intercooler and supporting mods

Results:

and a Pic of the car as it sits with it new coilovers.

Nice,

What RPM do you see full spool at? Since the graph is in MPH.

Interesting turbo choice; more graphs would be cool.

MDR surge tank or something custom?

Semi custom I guess. I got the tank on ebay and the rest are tefflon lines and fittings from the interweb.

Bro i like the box tank.. Send me a link in PM to that.. We usually build them in house but the box if cheap enough might be worth buying..

Thanks for the review.. The car came out great and power climbs to redline!!!

The tank is where the fuel is pulled from.. So the big pump under car draws from that tank.. So no need for fuel cell.. You pump fuel in the car like normal.. The fuel sloshing problems also on the track are non existent like the stock tank when its down below 1/2..

I've just been educated on something I completely had no idea about. That definitely sounds like a future plan.

Did you run new line to the engine bay or connect to the hard line? -6an all around?

I did the same thing--there are a lot of tanks to choose from on Ebay. Everyone mounts the pump and tank a little differently so it's interesting to see other setups.

Your car seems well thought out. Good work.
