AMS E-tune service review

AMS E-tune service review
I am from Toronto, Canada. As soon as I heard about the new AMS E-tune service, I have no hesitation to jump immediately at it, knowing that my car will be tuned reliably by one of the most knowledgeable, reliable pro tuners!!!
Prior to the tune, I was using Cobb stage 2 OTS map, and I could feel that the car was leaning out a little as there was not a OTS map available for my HKS racing suction intake.
AMS tune vs the Cobb OTS map is like night and day... the car just simply feels so much stronger. After the tune, the car was running as strong and smooth as ever and I am extremely happy with the service and communication with AMS.
Special thanks to Mitchell @ AMS for his great service and communication.
Here are my mod lists:
Greddy SE cat-back
Greddy MX downpipe
UR HFC
HKS Racing Suction reloaded kit
AMS 3 port boost control solenoid kit
Cobb AP
Now on the AMS E-tune process:
I purchased the AMS 3port BCS kit and the kit did not come with step by step installation instructions. However, Mitch @ AMS was extremely patient and provided me with step by step instructions.
After installing the BCS kit, I provided my detail mod list to Mitch and he provided a custom cobb map with reduced boost level to start things off.
Then I need to log @ 3rd gear from 2000 RPM to red line using the cobb AP data logging function, and submit the log files to Mitch for his review and tune up. He would then make some revisions to the map file and send it back to me to test. The process went back and forth about 3-4 times until the tuning process is complete. During the entire process Mitch was extremely patient and quick in responding to my questions and also provided me with advices on my next mods.
At the end of the tuning process, Mitch provided me with the following:
1) a performance map 91 Octane (as seen in attached dyno graph)
2) a "economy" map for DD (runs leaner when cruising with lower boost level)
3) a performance map 93 Octane (I plan to switch to 93 Octane in the future)
He assured he would definitely take care of me if I monitor the car and notice anything abnormal after the tune. He also assured me that in the future when I have my FMIC and pipings installed, he would further fine tune my car at no additional charges.
I would strongly recommend the AMS E-tune service to anyone not easily accessible to dyno tunes.
Cheers

I have considered an e-tune. I am currently running just the Cobb Stage 1 91 octane map for the HKS drop in. How much of a difference could I notice on this almost stock settup with an e-tune as opposed to Cobb's OTS map. Numbers ?

Just curious but since you are in Toronto why didn't you get a tune at Magnus Motorsports? http://magnusmotorsports.com/?page_id=38
I know they are pricy but they seem to do alot of EVOs.
Have you heard any good/bad things about them?
