Spec-Ops tuned 2008 Evo X stock turbo....363whp and 392wtq!

This past weekend was a blast on our tuning trip to Chesapeake, VA! Brian brought us a very well put together 2008 Evo X with a nice bolt on package. He was previously tuned and just wasn't happy with the way the car was running or the HP/TQ numbers he put down on the dyno. He had a local Evo X owner adjust his tune just so the car would run smoothly until we got there. Jason@Spec-Ops gave it the business so here are his mods and results:

AMS FMIC
AMS short ram intake
Nisei UICP
Hallman Pro RX MBC
Invidia 3" dp/testpipe/catback
93oct

Needless to say, Brian was VERY happy. Especially after taking it out for some spirited driving afterwards

We'll most likely be making another trip here in the next month or so. Or you can make the trip down here to our shop and we'd be glad to have you do that also. Keep in touch with me through PM. Thanks!

We did not check the corrected numbers for the car... most people ignore corrected numbers so i typically dont bother looking at them either unless the customer asks for it. Maybe if the customer has time to swing by the shop, he can pull those up and post it. I would be amazed if it weren't something like 345/370 or somewhere around there though.

Actually it is more then 67ft/lbs because the baseline isn't the ttp tune (which was something like 15 ft/lbs less torque then saturday's baseline).... and the baseline was a whopping 20psi compared to the 30ish I logged (scary for a pump gas tune) from the ttp tune.
