I was able to get into the 11's with this setup. Next goal is 10's with the new setup. Hopefully I'll also make it out to Spring Mountain MotorSports Ranch. I need to take it out on the road course.

You are running lean from 6700 rpm - much the same rpm where my Walbro couldn;t keep up. Look at changing the Walbro out for an 044 or similar, a Walbro on E85 at those power levels can't keep up.
