Just got my evo tuned by R/T tuning in lansdale pa and I am very happy with the results ! Feels like a whole new car! Car is tuned on ignite E-85 Mustang dyno Mod's are .... Ets intake Ets 3.5 intercooler and pipes Ams dp Turbo xs test pipe and cat back Turbo smart 18 psi waste gate actuator Cobb bov Id 1000 injectors 340 Areomotive fuel pump Torque solution fuel pump install kit Inline fuel filter Cobb access port v3 Cobb 3 port Comp stage 3 clutch Comp steel flywheel Ams clutch master cylinder upgrade Act mono lock collar Torque solutions short shifter. 26 psi

You should be able to run 11's if you can drive half way decent. I ran 12.2 at 112 with 327 whp on STM's mustang dyno

Assuming this dyno reads the same as STM's, it has the potential.

This is definitely an 11 sec car if you are a good driver. I had hit a 12.2 with 360whp and 310wtq on a dyno dynamics dyno which reads lower than mustang. That was with a stock clutch, stock turbo, stock injectors/pump, all season tires, and a badly prepped track lol.
