Why do you think you need a fpr? Or a rail?

I don't need either just want them....I caught the mod bug at the end of July and final got rid of it after a phone call to map.

I was thinking the same thing.
When I read your post about the 2K RPM bogging issue, the first thing I thought about was getting rid of the aftermarket rail and FPR and see if the bogging goes away.
Rail & FPR are unnecessary and just more variables if you have issues again.

Makes sense! Maybe I'd b better off sticking that money into a full race or map exhaust manifold

If you're definitely going with the MHI, I'd strongly suggest putting that money towards a manifold and leaving the rail & FPR stock. Less potential issues.
I'm also thinking that since you already have intake, intercooler, IC piping, etc.. that you should take a good look at CBRDs RB-X kit. I'm sure you'd have no problem getting to 500hp with the EFR7163. The thing about that kit that I REALLY like though is that the manifold and DP connections are V-band opposed to nuts/bolts/studs. Never have to worry about things getting loose if you plan on tracking your car at all. Very nice looking kit IMO. Maintains good spool AND has high HP potential.

Does u agree with the two guys above tho on it being a waste to upgrade the fuel rail and fpr? If it is I'd rather spend a few extra bucks and do a manifold just for the hell of it

I agree that it's a waste and not needed. Don't bother. Just my opinion.
