I have my phone all setup okay, expect I need to manual pair it each time I get in the car. Anyone else having that problem? I have an HTC phone.

The other weird thing is that I dont hear the ring ring, it just goes straight to the call. Now that I know this I sit there waiting for the message to pop up so I know to start talking else there's this gap!
