Hey I have a Alpine Type R 12" and an Alpine 650/1 amp from my last car and I was wondering if anyones replaced the stock RF sub with a 12" and what enclosure they used how they did it, and how it works. I just wanna add a little more bass to my music then what the stock sub puts out

 

Webman used the stock sub enclosure with just a little modifcation to it.

Try adding the amp to the stock sub before cutting up the box. You might be surprised by the output of the stock sub with the new amp...the stock amp is the weak link in the system.

Also, could be difficult to get enough air for a 12" sub in that box. You will probably have to go to an entirely new enclosure.
