So today I was picking up my little sister from school, and she apparently thought the little joystick on the nav system was the volume knob.

Now the little joystick still works, but the knob itself spins freely about 180 degrees.

I tried pulling on it to see how its held on, but it doesn't want to come off. I'm assuming these things don't spin, but I haven't tested that until today...but looking at an upside down ENT really grates my nerves.

Does anyone know how to get that little joystick to come off without completely breaking it? Does your little joystick have any play in terms of spinning? Perhaps I'm just oblivious, but I just can't imagine it.
