Got tired of the seat heater switch location

I've slowly been working on installing seat heaters into my car. I decided to do the wiring first and really wasn't liking where the factory switch was placed. So I decided to try to move it and thought I would share the results.

Side question for those who have heated seats, the harness that connects to the heater switch has an L-shaped connector on it which looks like it's for a cigarette lighter. Anyone know what it's for?

Very nice. Are you going to do a full write up on installing butt warmers in your car?

I cut a plate out of ABS to frame the new switch and attached it to the original panel. I still have the prototype if anyone wants it.

I may do a writeup, depends on how much time I have(which at the moment is not much).

That is the plan, yes. It SHOULD be relatively simple, since MOST of the wiring is already in the car. I expect the most difficult part will be the actual disassembly of the seats.
