Replace NAV antenna base?

Is there a way to replace the sirius antenna base with the non-sirius base? It seems a lot of roof-related products are built around the non-sirius base, and if there's a way to replace it, no matter how hard, I'd like to give it a shot. Any suggestions is appreciated.

Yes, The bases are interchangable. There is a connection box on the underside of the roof that connects to the antenna leads, so you only have to replace the shank that goes through the roof itself.
