Two relays on one Headlight
Hi,
This is sort of a weird question, but thought I would ask. At the moment I have a relay on my headlights that has the DRL bypass, and I have a relay set up to control some LED lights I use as my DRL. This relay is set up so when I turn on my parking lights, the LEDs turn off. Now I am wondering, since I am thinking of running my Fog lights as DRL. If I hook the power running from the LED relay and splice it into the fog light harness, will it cause any harm? I am thinking if I do this, then the fogs will turn on when I have my car on, but when I turn on the parking lights they will turn off, however since the factory harness is still connected, they should turn on when I want to use my fog lights with headlights. Does this make sense. I am scared to try since not sure if the power will run backwards to the stock relay and blow it up, or vise versa when I turn the fog lights on the normal way. Thought I would ask since I've never seen this method mentioned before. Thanks.
