Hi,

It sounds like the bluetooth audio from a phone call is only played through the passenger front speaker. Is this normal?

Yep, that is normal. Front passenger speaker is for bluetooth and the front driver speaker is for navigation directions. As far as I'm aware, there is no way to change any of this. Only the individual volume for each source.

I previously owned an 09 Civic that had navi and bluetooth and I wished the MMCS worked the way it did. If you were getting directions from the navi, it would play through both front door speakers and if you were on a bluetooth call it too would play through both front door speakers. If you had both the navi running and were on a call at the same time, one front door speaker would be used for bluetooth and the other front door would be used for navigation voice.
