hey guys wassup just wondering if anybody knows if a 6.1" double din will fit in most aftermarket dash kits for the evo x or not the double din im looking at is the kenwood dnx6190hd

yeah it will but to be honest.. I would look for a scoche kit or a JDM kit vs the metra.
Metra kits are notorious of not having a good fit leaving ugly gaps and stuff.

Stay away from the Metra and check out the American InternatIonal MITK894 dash kit. That's what I'm using. Fitment is good and it looks OEM.

 

Can you post some pics of the AI dash kit. I have been searching the web to see what this one looks like installed and have had no luck. A pic would be greatly appreciated.
