And i recommend considering a wireless link from the camera to the mirror. Makes install much easier, eh?

 

nah, it's easy on an Evo.

 

yah i would think it's pretty easy. i've completely removed/put back in every panel, my carpets, roof liner and everything else probably 10 times now. I can do it in less than half an hour lol.

can anyone recommend a good product (rearview mirror w/ backup LCD built in)?

 

LCD built into the mirror? I'd hit up Amazon and read the reviews I guess. You can always run a separate screen too

this is the type of thing i'm looking for. i've tried to contact the creator of the video but haven't heard back. youtube messaging is crap

some really cool stuff but still not the reverse cam i'm looking for like in the video above
