Hibernating Evo for Winter
So I'm contemplating Hibernating my X come this winter. Probably from November to April.
I have an MR with Nav. No aftermarket alarms or killswitch. Stock.
My question is if I disconnect the battery on the car and let it sit all those months the NAV system, like most modern cars, will ask for a security code. Is this security code in the car or will I have to get it from the stealership?

I disconnected my battery one winter while my car sat and the next spring when I went to start it the battery was dead and when I jumped it my ABS light was on. Dealership ended up telling me that when you let the battery die and then jump it, the abs ecu gets a surge that could fry the abs ecu.
Lessoned learned, I bought a battery tender and hook the car up on it all winter. Problem solved.
