I wonder if someone couldn't me out. I could use a wiring diagram for the rockford system for 2011-2013 evos or base lancers. I have 2008-2010 already, but for a project I am planning, I need newer wiring diagrams. I have already looked around google and the forums and haven't found anything.

What do you need to know? Radio plugs or Amp plugs?

The radio wiring harnesses are explained in the file called "2008 Evo X Audio -AMI CUSTOMS-.pdf" which can be found here:

It might not be %100 accurate, as it mentions rear outs as well, which don't even have pins in the slots mentioned, but it will get you by with the basics of 12V, Ground, Front L/R preamp outs (although they say "speaker" not "preamp")

For a visual example, and how to decipher the pinouts mentioned in that PDF, I marked em on my 20 pin harness. The pic show the Front left and Right preamp output wires. As far as I can see, there is no speaker level outs, although other people say they exist.

Thanks for the image. Confirms the head unit I am getting will plug in. I also decided to check crutchfield. Turns out their radio harness kits work from 2008-2012. So, I would say that kind of answers my questions.

As far as the amp goes, I have the plugs coming with the amp. That helps for reference points when looking at getting a wiring harness.

To answer what I am doing. I am putting the rockford system from a 2013 evo into my 08 lancer. On top of that, I am putting in fuse and blutooth as well. At the moment I don't have the wiring harnesses (i keep getting beat by someone, even with all the sources I have) for the car to make everything work without having to do the common rigging I see everybody doing to get stuff like this to work. I prefer to have what belongs in case something goes wrong.

With everything I have found, I will at least be able to get the head unit working without swapping the wiring harnesses.

Thanks for the diagram, i definitely needed it. Looks like I may have to replace more than just 2 wiring harnesses and a bluetooth module.

Hehehhe, could do that. I have a 2012 ralliart dash harness coming. Should cover any connections I need for the audio system, and anything else in the future.
