The first one is just the plastic fascia that replaces the regular radio one. The second is all the parts you need except for the actual navigation unit.

Is that fascia a quality part as I've heard they cost around $250 to get a nice fascia to install a double din.

Go with either the factory nav bezel or the Scosche Double Din kit. The stock nav kit is the cleanest out there but I think it's right around $200 and the fitment I hear is exceptional. I have the Scosche Double Din dash kit in my 08 GSR and love it. This is the best pic I have of it but you can slightly tell where there is a small gap in the middle where it meets the dash. Just look up the stock nav kit and compare it to mine and you will tell the difference. For $75 though, not much else that looks/fits better than this IMO

Dab -

I looked up this kit. Did you fabricate the (2) gauge inserts on your Scosche Double Din dash kit?

From my experience - the nav install kit dash piece is the only one that worked well. i got mine cheap off ebay from a parts recycler who did not know what he had

I will sell you my old metra one - real cheap - because it does not line up well at all and looked like azz.
