Interior ventilation air vents

My driver interior vent is getting really annoying. I guess it's really loose so whenever I hit a bump it would tilt up towards my face whenever I'm driving. Anyone know if this can be 'tightened'?

it's not adjustable, but you could put some strip caulk into the louvre holes tho
