HID Install. Issue with Fogs.

I'm new to the site. So I'm sorry if there was a previous thread about this.
I have a 2009 Mitsubishi Lancer GTS.
I installed 8000k HIDs myself. They work great. No issues there whatsoever.
On the other hand. Ever since I installed the HIDs I no longer have my fogs.
I turn them on. And the dash notifies me with the light that they are on. But the bulbs themselves are not on.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I'm pretty sure I didn't touch the fogs at all.
I could be wrong. But I'm almost 100% sure I did not touch them.

there is a harness attached to the bumper cover, check to make sure it didn't get disconnected.
