Dear all,

Like many other Sportback owners i was looking for a set of aftermarket LED taillights, but as many of you allready know, they don't exist. Now i have contacts with a factory who is willing to evaluate if it is profittable/economical to start the proces of development, mould making etc.
They asked me if i can do a small research how many people are interested in buying a pair of LED taillights for their sportback. My opinion is that the OEM taillights doesn't look realy modern with the large white lenses .

Does anyone know how many sportbacks are sold in the different parts of the globe?

I realy hope i can get them convinced to start production of these lights

Sportback in the US is only for the Ralliart and 'standard' Lancer (SE/GTS/GT) so try posting your message to those two forums (this forum is for EVO X)

Yah but I think the tail light are all the same...? Sportback/lancer/evo. I think he's just trying to see how many people are interested, to see if it's profitable. Shoot I'd be interested in some, any pics?

 

The sportback really has different tail lights, the manufacturer also claimed that it has the same tail lights as the sedan, so i made this comparison picture to make it clear:

I'd love a set for my Wife's WW Sportback. Something akin to the concept tails would be really cool.
