LED H11's

Can LED H11's (fog lights) be installed or is there voltage compatibility or polarity issues?

I searched this site and couldn't find so sorry if it's been covered.

Kind of late to reply, but I ran LED fogs for quite a while with no issues. They weren't very bright though so I switched over to 55w Yellow Halogens.
