So while I was driving my headlights started flickering for a few seconds. My dash lights also flickered and my radio turned off and on. Anyone else experience this? Im thinking its either the battery or my alternator. Any input would be great.

Ive also noticed that it only happens with the car is shaking (front lip scraping on the ground) or when I hit a few bumps

 

Sounds like something might be loose. Have you checked the connections at the battery and alternator?

 

^Especially the body-to bat negative cable.

 

I would say checked for a loose wire from the headlights / fog connections on the bumper. It is pinched somewhere under stress on the bumper it could cause it to flicker as short occurs.
