So I have the 2010 GSR and from what I've read, they didn't add in the "Fuse" system until later models. I have the SSS package with the full Rockford Fosgate setup and my phone already connects to the car but functions for phone calls only. Is there any way possible of adding a piece of hardware (or possibly just a software update?) to allow my phone to connect to the car and play music? I was so surprised to find out that the 2010 did not allow music playback through bluetooth.

Also on a side note... my stereo's "phone" function does not allow me to download my phone contacts to my screen like it show's in many Mitsubishi videos. Is this because they didn't add that until later? Thanks!

I have a similar question, but only have a 2008 GSR with Navigation. My iphone 6 works great using Google Maps which has a setting "Play as Bluetooth phone call" which interrupts the music system with direction and traffic information, so I wondered if anyone knew of an available app that would allow music to be streamed in a similar manner?
