sorry to bring this up again

but if i use a new dashboard wires loom from lancer 2014 which is using these connectors .. will it work or not .... and if it will .... then ... will be there any problems with the other parts in the dashboard like the passenger airbag

 

i have an interesting update here and would like to share it with you .... two weeks ago i found a harness in a new lancer 2014 which was connected in the place of this harnes that i already mention it before

that harness is connected direct to the actuators

now if i use it ... that mean my cars wires is
just lacking a power harness which i already know that i need a camera harness and connect it to that port and ask an electrician to borrow a12v wire and add it
to the camera harness to operate this unit

if new lancers is connected direct to the actuators
then what about the actuators control module that was connected direct to these actuators

sorry i was wrong from the beggining

it seems that lancer has a new design from metsubishi
and that design removed that control module and combine it with the new climate control model witch has this number 7820A805 and has this looks


and the other port in that unit will be connected to this new connector from the new design

i installed it in my car
all what i need as i thought
gust take a 12v line from the main harness and thats all
there is no any modification other than this
all the sound system has no any issue with this headunit
what i need now is just force the dealer in my country to install our country maps instead of north amarica maps ..... but the head of the engineers he looks stubborn and decide to take no any action unless he receive responding from mmcs team at japan

Just wondering how did you end up doing it?

I have same issue,
the 18 pin and 20 pin connects, but the 15 pin is to big and wont fit in the radio
