I think you're trying to say that you are missing the 8-pin and 16-pin harness in your vehicle.
If so, the 8-pin should be for the back-up camera. The 16-pin harness should be taped up to the main harness as pictured in your instructions. You need the connector harness described in the instructions you posted to connect it.
Also, the US, European, and Japanese market nav systems are different which might be why you're not getting a ton of responses.
Are you using the OEM Navigation Wiring harness from the install kit as well?

Your best bet would be to look up the tech specs on the harness for your car look at what each pin is, then looking at your MMCS pins and checking if they still match up or if they changed with the new nav.
My bet is that they changed. If they didn't I don't see any reason why it wouldn't be a direct swap for at least base functionality.

That pic helps. If you can get a pic of your wiring harness and any adapter harness you're using we can probably help you figure out the rest of your puzzle.
I'm still convinced that the 8-pin is the camera and that the Japanese photo I posted is incorrect. Or it could be you're out of luck:

Gotcha. Did you buy the correct installation kit? It looks like you got the parts that come with the MMCS for newer cars but therefore does not have the adapter harness you need to install it in the earlier cars. There's a different harness to install MMCS into a non-nav 08-13 Lancer. There are two kits, depending on which MMCS version you have. Hopefully you didn't fry the unit by plugging your harness in directly.

Ok. Can you take a picture of the harness that came with your installation kit? It should break out the two white connectors into multiple gray connectors. If you didn't get the installation kit, only the GPS antenna and the unit, you're going to need to source the harness. The correct kit for installing a 2014-15 MMCS is mz360438ex

Those pictures are not very helpful. Could you back out about a meter and take another? The kits I've seen go from the white factory connectors to grey Navi connectors. The kit I mentioned is specific to the later nav harness and would have come with a CAN-bus box (that you don't use in the Lancer). Also, have you looked in the dash for a harness taped up to the main loom? They used blue tape in the US. If you're missing that harness, you're not going to be able to install the OEM nav in your car.
