Looks OEM. I have that in my 2014 installed from the factory. It's located in the glove box.

I did more searching and found out it's standard from 2013 model.

Not sure if it would fit on the blank switch spot next to fog light switch.

I literally told you above where it's located from the factory, and no it does not fit in those blanks you posted a photo of.
