My PB 08 Evo X MR got vandalized in September and I finally got around to replacing the front chassis and engine harness. After ensuring all plugs were attached properly and some were left unused I am getting a slew of error codes on the gauge cluster and the car will not crank. I have tried to jump the starter relay and have checked all the engine fuses in the engine bay fuse box. I got the battery charged at Autozone today and still nothing. The AC plug isn't mixed up with the trans plug, all grounds are tight. The fan stays on and my OBDII scanner can not detect the ECU. All pins on both ECU connectors look straight.

 

Check all connections to the starter motor. A loose connection would cause a partial open circuit and volt drop. Also could be the starter motor at fault. Maybe check the resistance of the windings.
