Has anyone had their Evo factory reflashed where your VIN # does not fall under those affected?

My car's VIN # apparently is above those listed in the TSB for the factory reflash, yet exhibits the fluctuating idle rpms and has actually stalled on me twice just sitting at a red light. I'm going to call my dealer to see if I can arrange for the reflash, and I'm hoping they won't be difficult.. *sigh*.

 

Check out the huge thread about the reflash. My car already had the flash and has had the problems since day one... Several other members have got the reflash and are still having the issues.
