what does it feel/sound like when your reaching max boost? when you set you MBC to 23psi and its getting close or at that PSI does the fuel get cut to the engine or does the needle bounce like crazy, being if you have a boost gauge.

 

when I had my mbc turned up a too high it would stutter when it went over 25 psi I believe and my car ran better with the mbc set to 22 psi than it did set to 24 psi. I need a tune bad.

 

On the X without a tune you exceed certain air flow targets in the ecu and trigger a cel.

Tuning is critical on a X when you are rasing boost higher than stock.

sometimes my boost shoots up to 25psi. i have a Works ecu-reflash. is 3rd the prefer gear to use when your measuring boost?
