I have my boost controller cranked up as high as it will go. It spikes to 24 in first, but after that in 2nd and 3rd only hits 18 psi, sometimes as low as 10-12. Any ideas?

Have you tried the heavy spring?

 

if you have a forge westgate actuator then take it off, that hpapened to me, and also dont use stock vacumm lines because they have a pill , also if you said it decreases as you go up in gear, it could be that the mbc is backwards.

 

Okay, i turned my boost controller all the way to the "-" side and now the car is spiking at 26-27psi and tapering down to 15psi, sometimes only to 20 psi. Anybody have any ideas whats causing this?

 

figured it out. the instructions on zchip.net are wrong. the wastegate is connected to the side exiting port on the unos. Someone please post this up on the forum as my account will not activate.
