Remote Tuning Request

If there are any tuners on here who can/will do a remote tune on my Evo X MR, with the only current mod being an AEM CAI, please message me at your convenience... I've spoken to a couple of tuners so far and either have been told that they don't feel comfortable tuning for the AEM remotely, or haven't been returning my emails...

Thanks!

your gonna need a wideband hommie if you want to get a reasonable remote tune. And if your are getting a tune you don't need the AEM intake, a good drop in filter will work just as well IF your getting tuned.

I was hoping not to go with a wideband, if I didn't have to... everywhere I can think of mounting it would get in the way of something, either the main gauges, or whatever... maybe if I could get the HKS Camp2 or Magden M1B... but, I'm not sure I want to go that far... just a little more, reliable power would be good (for now)... 350WHP? Intake, Downpipe, Catback, Intercooler Pipes? It's an MR, so I don't want to bake the SST...

^ Lightspeed (Talk to Cam) in Red Deer does actual tuning too, if you're interested. I guess if you're from Calgary/Edmonton, that's not too far to go.

He's also a AccessTuner Pro (Or whatever it's called)

Yeah, thanks... I went there in December, but he didn't have the updated Accesstuner Pro software... he said he'd call, but, haven't heard anything as of yet... plus, he wanted to install an AFR gauge, and I'm not sure I want to go that far yet...

Just looking for a little more (reliable) power primarily from bolt-on's and AP.

Even if you're remote tuning, you'll want a wideband. It's well worth it, and allows for a proper (reliable) tune.

$200 to put it on the dyno and $200/hr for tuning is too much to pay lightspeed. If u want a good tune call Reg at RCTS in Calgary. He is the best tuner I have ever met. If you google RCTS it is the 3rd one down (Riemer Consulting Technical Services). I am sure he will be able to hook you up with some amazing power. Once he gets back from holidays I am taking both my cars to him.

? AWD Dyno?

I don't see anything about one on the site.

I realize that tuning is expensive (which is one of the reasons I'll likely be doing it myself), but compared to parts you can buy, tuning is a steal of a deal.
